We currently ship orders within the United States only. If your shipping address is outside our supported area, you may be unable to complete your order, or we may contact you to cancel and refund it.

Because our products include home décor items, artificial greenery, floral arrangements, and wall art, each order may require careful handling, quality checking, and protective packaging before shipment.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive in good condition.
Depending on the product type, packaging may include protective wrapping, sealed polybags, sturdy cartons, corner protection, cushioning materials, or additional support to prevent bending, crushing, scratching, or damage during transit.
For artificial plants, floral arrangements, decorative pieces, or wall art, minor adjustments may be needed after unpacking due to normal compression during shipping. This does not usually indicate product damage.
Gift packaging or special packaging requests may incur additional fees, which will be clearly shown at checkout when applicable.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method. These estimates may vary depending on weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, delivery area, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Large, fragile, or specially packaged décor items may require additional transit handling time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, package size, product type, and selected shipping method. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown separately.
Free standard shipping is available on orders of $100.00 or more.
Please note that the order subtotal after discounts or promotional codes must still meet the $100.00 threshold to qualify.
Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping, oversized packages, fragile-item packaging, gift packaging, or special handling services. All charges will be clearly displayed before checkout.

For artificial greenery, floral arrangements, and decorative items, please note that slight bending, shaping, or repositioning after unpacking may be normal and is not considered damage unless the item is broken, unusable, or significantly different from the product received condition expected.
We will review your case and provide a solution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, which may include replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier. However, we will assist in reviewing and resolving delivery issues caused by carrier delays or other uncontrollable factors in line with our policies.
Additional Packaging & Insurance
Some orders may require additional protective packaging or shipping insurance depending on product type, order value, size, fragility, or shipping destination. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed at checkout before payment.
